This gelato turbine operates so that the gelato is always prepared in the centre in order to cool everything. The spatula makes a delicate continuous movement to distribute the mixture and freeze it. This movement, similar to that formerly used by Italian ice cream makers, who used to work manually, allows the right amount of air to be incorporated into the gelato. This creates the exact creamy texture that we want from a good gelato! The vertical tank makes it very simple to add a personal touch; nuts, dried fruit, chocolate chips, you name it. With an EFFE 4B or 6B, you’ll have everything you need to make the best quality gelato and sorbet!
